We have had the ProAdapt Soft mattress for almost 1 month (January-February) and we are still getting used to it. Initially the mattress was hard as a rock. We put an electric blanket on top and increased the thermostat to 72 degrees to help "break it in" and it took 3.5 weeks but it is now "somewhat soft". It appears to get much warmer throughout the night when compared to the memory foam we previously had.

We love it, period! Took us about 2 nights to adapt to our new mattress, and now we can't wait to go to bed! The main thing is this: We now sleep with our heads, and feet elevated which has improved our sleep a good 99.5%! We were actually thinking that we needed new pillows before this, but now our pillows are fine and we are sleeping like babies! Just can't believe how much it helps these 80+ year old bodies to breathe easier, and without the morning after neck-pain that we were both experiencing before!

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our five year old traditional mattress with the hybrid - husband loves the way he feels when getting out of bed in the morning, likes how the bed conforms to body shape and really appreciates that he doesn't fell the bed move when wife is restless and is getting up at the wee hours of the moring. Wife enjoys a great night of sleep when she returns home after a week of business travel.

So far I am still trying to get used to the mattress. It's not good or bad, just totally different from anything I've slept on. The associate at the store said to give it 30 days to get used to and I always thought you either like something or you don't but I'm trying to be patient, we're about 3 weeks in. My husband is adjusting much easier than I am.

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a TEMPUR-PEDIC for mattress for 15 years. When I downsized to a smaller house, I had a smaller bed with a regular mattress. At first it seemed fine, but within a couple of months, I began waking up with a back ache. (I never once had a back ache in 15 years on my first TEMPUR-PEDIC.) Then, I began getting heat spots on my hips. At that point, even in the middle of a pandemic, I decided to get another TEMPUR-PEDIC. Excellent, safe delivery, and instant relief! No more back aches, and no more heat spots.

Bought this mattress thinking I would really love it but I don't. Although I bought soft the mattress just feels hard. I'm having trouble adjusting to it. I read all the good reviews but laying on the mattress at the store was not a good way to determine the comfort of the mattress

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.

When looking to upgrade from an older model, I was torn between going medium or a new spring mattress. The hybrid offers the best of both worlds wrapped in Tempur-Pesci' s high quality brand. I can't recommend this model enough to people on the fence between joining the Tempur-pedic family.
