I have had the new mattress, pillows and sheets now for about 30 days. So far I like it a lot, almost love but too soon to give it that. Humans spend a lot of time in bed and I have went with the cheap mattresses for over 50 years and almost got a sleep number bed, but after talking to people that have them, I realized that Tempur will be the better investment. I recommend to buy new sheets and pillows with a new mattress. AND get the mattress protector if you have pets that get on the bed (allowed or not) and kids, night #5 my dog tested it and boy was I feeling like a smart man. you will be the first to know if this bed doesn't hold up to the name. The very first night we slept on the new bed, we couldn't believe the comfort. We don't feel each other's movements at all! I wasn't sure how I would like the "Firm," but my husband and I are happy to say we love it. Wish we had bought a Tempur-Pedic years ago!

Is taking me a while to "break in" the mattress. I feel sad because after almost three months my mattress still doesn't feel soft and confortable. On the other hand, I was sick on bed for a week, and I never experienced back pain as I have before with other mattresses after being on bed for that long. Me está costando acostumbrarme al colchón. This is my second Tempurpedic mattress - the first one I had was a Queen size Tempur cloud, medium firmness, and I replaced it with this mattress after 10 years, because I wanted a King size bed. Upon first use - the Pro-Adapt seemed softer than my Cloud was, so i was skeptical and debating if a "firm" mattress would have been a better call. However, I had been starting to get sciatica on one side, and now that I've been sleeping on this mattress for about 5 weeks the sciatica is basically gone and I haven't made any other changes to my lifestyle. I can't tell if the hybrid mattress is more firm on the sides or not, I got the hybrid after reading reviews that say Hybrid mattresses last longer than mattresses that are all memory foam. Since these mattresses come with a hefty price tag I wanted to try and get as many years out of it as I can. Also important to note, the mattress itself is really heavy, which makes tucking sheets in under the sides a little challenging, and if you live alone (like I do), I wouldn't expect to be moving it around by yourself, like if you were changing bed frames or furniture. All that said, I really like this mattress - the white glove delivery service was great, the new style of zip off mattress cover is much easier to taken off/put on than the old style, and this mattress doesn't keep me as hot as my cloud did, presumably from the cooling cover.

I bought the split king and I have been very pleased with it. These are the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. I have back problems and my husband has sinus problems and we adjust our beds appropriately and have had no problem since we purchased these. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Bought the pro-adapt soft because we needed a soft bed. The bed we tried out in the store was sooo comfortable. Our new bed has yet to feel soft. We still toss and turn. Our old pillow top with memory foam topper was more comfortable than this bed. Unfortunately, even with the 90 day guarantee, there is not one softer. So we are stuck.

We have had a Tempur-Pedic Mattress for 20 years in the Master Bedroom and loved it. In fact liked it so much we got one for the MotorHome 15 years ago. It was time to get a new mattress as we had pushed the first one to the limit and it was still performing fairly well. But the new Tempur-ProAdapt Firm is wonderful! Nice night sleeping and feel refreshed on awakening. Even with Twin XL mattresses on the king base, they stay where they belong and do not walk or part. One thing I do not like is at our age it is a heavy mattress for us to lift to change the bedding but we are handling it.

After speaking with a Sleep expert they recommended this medium Hybrid option due to my size. I am 6ft 9in and 300 lbs. I have never spent so much on a mattress before but figured it would be worth it if it meant I could finally get a good night's sleep. Sadly I was disappointed. I gave it a month and was desperate to get rid of it. It was way to hard and I just couldn't find a comfortable position. I would wake up with terrible hip joint pain in the middle of the night. I am too young to have hip pain. I have found more comfortable mattresses for much less.

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.
