The mattress was too firm. As is recommended, for the best night's sleep, I slept on my back. Every morning, upon awakening, I would roll over on my side, and that was uncomfortable, for me. As long as I stayed in one position, on my back, it was bearable. I gave it almost three weeks, then texted the salesperson, and told him of my unhappiness.

I needed an adjustable bed for myself due to a neck/back injury. I was sleeping in a motorized recliner because it was the only thing comfortable enough for me to sit or lie on for any length of time. my husband was already sleeping in a recliner due to his sinuses; he was unable to lie flat because sinuses would clog up, so he had already been in a recliner for several years. finally, we made the plunge and looked at adjustable beds. We selected the Tempur-pedic Pro-adapt with individual adjustable bases and it has been a life-saver. My husband is back in the bed after nearly 5 years because he can incline the back, and it adjusts perfectly for me as well. Initially, we both thought the Tempur-pedic mattress was going to be too hard, but after you lie on it for a few seconds your body just sinks into the mattress until it perfectly fits your contour and it feels AWESOME!! I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that has back or neck problems, sinus issues, or acid reflux. It is truly amazing. Not the cheapest thing, but worth every penny!!

Tempurpedic mattresses are always very comfortable and allow you to sleep all night - but the lack of a spring response in a typical Tempurpedic can make getting in and out of the bed - and undertaking any other activities that are better with a little bounce - somewhat tedious. However, the ProAdapt solves those issues - while maintaining the comfort of sleeping on a Tempurpedic, when you're sleeping.... I got the new adjustable base too and love it - the Zero Gravity setting is amazing. Note that the foot of the bed is up really high when you're in this position - like literally 4 feet off the ground - which is fine for the person in the bed but I can't imagine somebody else or a pet trying to join you or depart - instructions state that the bed should be flat when you get in and out of it so that shouldn't be an issue.

I purchased the Medium Hybrid for a second home. It is the best mattress I have ever slept on. I am comfortable in any position I sleep in. I actually look forward to going to bed. No more hip pain from sleeping on my side. I am now going to purchase a TEMPUR-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid for my home because when I left, I missed it so much!!

We purchased our Tempur Adapt Medium Hybird about a month ago and it still doesn't feel like it did in the store. I have been suffering from lower back pain while sleeping for about 10 years, and after trying many other mattress, including running the gambit of online companies, we figured we would bite the bullet and pay for a top of the line mattress. I was hoping that with all the hype and great reviews, we'd get what we paid for...the best nights sleep money can buy. But I'm still experiencing the same lower back pain I had on mattresses 1/3 of the price.

The queen TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm mattress is just what I was hoping for. A quality mattress made in America with quality sourcing, with the firmness that my 6 foot 3 230lb frame needed after 20 plus years of sleeping on a standard spring mattress. I wanted a firm feel and then to slowly conform to my body weight in just the right ways. It has only been 3 weeks, but I am just loving it and so is my back and body! Highly recommend this Firm mattress if firm is what you need.

This is our second set of Tempur-pedic spit king mattresses. They have been great. Our first set developed a dip in the middle after 9 1/2 years. I contacted the company and they made good on their warranty with no problems. I have recommended their product to several people. We have Tempur-pedic split king beds in two locations and we sleep great in both.

Tempurpedic customer service is horrible. The bed is good, but the service is terrible. We ordered our bed and base and needed to replace the base. We made several calls to customer service in an attempt to replace the base. We were made many false promises. If we didn't continue to follow up, I believe that our issue would never have been solved. Tempurpedic needs to give their customer service professionals better tools to be able to do their job. As nice as the people were, they were barely able to help us with a simple product replacement.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

This mattress is amazing. I had a memory foam mattress from another company for awhile. I purchased the Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Hybrid with the Ease adjustable base. It's amazing. It's so comfortable and the base makes it so much better sleeping. I put it in zero G and wake up refreshed every day. I combined it with a Tempur Cloud pillow and it's also great. The mattress isn't too soft or firm. I'm comfortable and supported. No motion transfer, my kids jump on it to wake me up and I can't feel them.
