[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a Stearns and Foster mattress in our guest bedroom that we've had FOREVER and it has not broken down at all. After experiencing several different brands of mattresses for our own bed we knew we had to go back to S & F. Maybe we're "old school" but the old fashioned support system is still good to this day so why deviate from it. Went with medium support and it's plenty firm enough - probably last the rest of our lives(we're mid 70's). We don't want to sink into our mattress, we want it to adequately support us and S & F does just that.

We've had this mattress for only ten days but we've had better sleep every night than we had in the last ten weeks with our old mattress. Bravo, S & F! As senior citizens, we have our share of aches and pains, but this mattress calms them all. You've truly made a mattress that supports our lives!

Our old one was memory foam and did not have enough support at all especially for my boyfriend who would wake up with back pain all the time. Tried several other mattresses before buying the Stearns and Foster Estate Pillow Top Firm mattress. The delivery service was punctual, polite and removed my old mattress within twenty minutes. My old mattress was a Stearns and Foster mattress bought about twenty years ago. I tried several other mattresses before buying this one. Non other came close. My wife and I have been married for 29 yrs. and this is our third Stearns and Foster bed - a queen and two kings. No doubt, the bed performance holds up to the test of time and is made of excellent quality. Our favorite part is the lack of vibration and movement when one of rolls over, changes positions or gets out of bed. By not knowing when the other is moving, this allows each of us to have uninterrupted sleep throughout the night. Like the three bears, the medium firmness is perfect for both of us. Not too soft that we sink in and get a sore back and not to firm that we get bed sores.
