You can smell the difference. Love it! The only problem was accessibility. I could only purchase by mail and had to order two. There was no option for buying just one.

organic means no lead. many news channela are now reporting of high lead in cinnamon and turmeric, so this organic cinnamon is hopefully a good relief. hoping this does not have harmful contaminants because my kids love cinnamon in lot of things
