I liked this Cinnamon,  ordered a few times. After some  research, it is now known that Saigon cinnamon is actually a species of Cassia cinnamon. It would be very helpful to have this information included in the  description and/or on the item's container. The "Organic" label is a false sense of "safe food item" in this instance. Cassia is not safe.

Saigon Cinnamon contains Cassia

Excellent cinnamon . Strong flavor and great color.
My only problem it is no longer in my Sam’s Club.
I had to order and wait for it to be sent to me.
