We bought a 6 towel package of the bounty 2x towels, and the quality of the towel is fine, but the perforations between the sheets are almost nonexistent, so any towel sheet you try to rip off does not tear straight. So the many wasted sections of towel are not examples of quality or value.

LeeLee74 wrote exactly as I feel. I’ve used Bounty forever. Love the select a size. I frequently tear it in half for little water clean ups, to use as a napkin, use as a kleenex. It no longer tears in half. A small triangular useless piece tears off. It is no longer soft. I have no idea if it’s more absorbing. If I have a big spill, I’ll use a cloth towel. These towels no longer qualify as a usable paper towel for me.

Where Bounty has been great for so much in the past It seems this newer version is not quite up to Bounty standards that loyal users are accustomed to. It is still great for cleaning dirty paws, accidents, and wiping up spills, etc. But now it is rough and scratchy like the generic versions are. It feels “off”. Does it work , yes. As a first time mom I feel more than ever that I am constantly cleaning up messes, whether it is spilt milk, food leftovers post meal time or just general house cleaning. When cleaning up I am always looking for the right products to compete the job and that is where Bounty Plus Paper Towel rolls come in handy. Not only do I love that the paper towels are super absorbent so less sheets are required for each clean up but the sheets are also longer. I love the feeling of the individual sheets as you can tell they are good quality because they are thick and have the quilted texture providing reassurance that they will soak up messes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I already purchase these on the regular because they are just thick & absorbent enough to clean up the dirtiest messes. They are super affordable as well which is a huge plus for my household. These will always be my favorite.

We finally decided we like the select a size towels, however you need to check your quality control more often on your perforate-rs. We just finished a roll that were not perforated all away across and just started another roll that is going to be the same way. Very frustrating!!

I have used only Bounty white select a size paper towels for years. I am so disappointed and will test other paper towels. I agree with the other reviewer, the glue on the initial sheet is too much and a waste of many towels. The sizes offered is misleading, the triple vs huge as less paper towels than before. For example, the huge roll may have had 300 sheets, not has 200 and the triple has 275. The price has increased for this misleading change. Not happy and feeling less loyalty.

I tested the Bounty vs a Kroger brand select a size towel, each against 1 teaspoonful of water. The Bounty is on the top. As you can see, the water was trapped in a smaller area… less towel used for the spill. The towel feels heavier and more cloth like than the store brand. The con is that the Kroger brand towel actually separates again and you can easily select a sheet half the size of the Bounty. So.. so my using what you need. If I could mash the two concepts together, it would be a 5 star product.

I picked up the Bounty select-a-size by accident and have never went back to the regular size. I now buy them in bulk at a warehouse club to make sure I don't run out! The Bounty select-a-size is just perfect for everything! We don't use napkins so these are the perfect size and when my husband makes a mess I just rip off more than one. Love Bounty and can not see myself without their select-a-size paper towels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Same strong, quicker picker upper Bounty but now you can choose the size you need for the job you're about to tackle. Great product, great idea. We don't always need a full sheet paper towel to wipe up spills, so why waste it?
