Despite the “spin” that customer service offers, Bounty has changed. It is indeed less soft, feels thinner, doesn’t separate from the roll properly and sheets separate upon use. There is only one way the product can sustain differences like this - the process must have been changed. It feels like the brand I no longer use. Please revert to the old process.

I even used it for my baby as a wipes and when I used to change his diaper, great quality and the select size is the best because I don\\\'t have to use the whole classic regular size sheet since it is kind of big for some things but still use it. I love Bounty paper towel and will continue to use it... Great product!

I never really realized how loyal I could become to a product until I tried a different brand of paper towel than Bounty. Bounty picks up liquids infinitely better than other towel brand and lasts a long time which is good for the environment because I'm not using as much. Kudos to Bounty: the quicker picker upper

I have used bounty product, for many years. now I'm up set with your product . you are using so much glue its bad news. there's so much glue it wastes 3 towels just to start the roll, then you get to the end and you waste another three.This has gone on long enough. You know the 12 roll package is not cheap. WHAT HAS HAPPENED!!!!!!?? This is costing too much!! It really is sad if I can't buy what was a good product. I just want to have the amount of towels I am paying for, not dried glue.

They are thick, durable, and being able to choose a single sheet or multiple ones means I can use just the right amount and not be wasteful. Because any parent knows, there are small messes... and big messes! I make sure we have Bounty on hand at all times, you never know when you need a sheet.. or two.. or three!

Bounty has always been my go-to paper towel.  They work just as they say they do and don't tear apart as soon as they get wet.  The problem I have is the price.  I just can't justify paying the hefty price when I have found 2 off brands that are just as good for a much cheaper price.

I have never used bounty before this so I wasn’t sure what to expect but they are super absorbent- I found myself needing to use less then my normal paper towels. I also felt they were softer then any other brand out there. I like the fact you can use smaller sizes then a normal sheet of paper towel too, for those times you only need a small piece! I would totally recommend these and I see myself buying them from now on!

By selecting a size...there's no more waste for a little spill as I can select 1/2 of the regular size or for a bigger ...large spill...I may need 3 or 4 paper towels...ie washing windows But the choice to have 1/2 of a paper towel that is easy to pull of as the full sheet is...just fantastic! The best product on the planet is worthless if it isn't available which yours isn't. You're not alone. Non of the things the CDC wants us to do can be done because products are not available. I suppose you are trying to drive stock price up but likely to have opposite affect. If I can't get your product now I certainly won't when this crisis is over. Thank you..
