You keep saying you last changed your formula/technology in Feb 2021 but we don't believe you. Didn't start encountering these newer, less absorbent, inferior paper towels until literally a few weeks ago. Go back to the old formula or you'll have lost another 20+ year customer for good

Funny how I just tried to post a REAL review of Bounty's fake reviews and learned I can only post a FAVORABLE review . . . . . so I gave Bounty a recommendation (because I had to) and 5 Stars (because I had to) because with that much conniving and fakery going on, they deserve it!

I have been a fan of Bounty, and especially Select-a-Size towels, for years because they are extremely absorbent and a half towel is enough for many types of messes, so they save me money by lasting longer. I just bought some last week, however, and they feel completely different. They are not soft at all, but very scratchy and cheap feeling. Every time I use one, I am disappointed by the texture. If this is a permanent change in the towel, I will be looking for a new brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are my favorite paper towels. I love the fact I can choose the size I need depending the mess. They are super absorbent and they also work great for cleaning glass tables, mirrors or windows. I also don’t end up with lint pieces everywhere like other brands. I find they last longer than other brands because I don’t need as many to clean. I would highly recommend these paper towels over others.

Over the past few years, I have seen a sale on other brands, and thought "Oh, that's a great price, I'd better try that!" Only to end up getting so irritated with myself for doing so. Bounty does not let me down, no matter what I use ir for, whether it's drying my hands, or following my lab around the kitchen with a couple under my feet getting his mouthful of drips off the floor. I like not having to waste extra paper. Bounty works great, I would need two or more sheets of other brands to pick up what Bounty picks up with one sheet.

The only thing that keeps me from buying only Bounty is the price. As often as we can we buy Bounty!! We watch every penny as we are a struggling family but we do see the value of having Bounty 2X paper towels!!

I'm an acrylic and watercolor painter, so I go through a lot of paper towels. I've always bought cheap store brands, but after I found Select-a-Size towels I changed over to Bounty. I appreciate the quality of the product, but the ability to tear off a small sheet is really what sold me. It's nice to see a company market such a smart product instead of encouraging waste!
