I’ve used them both during the day for quick kitchen cleanups and at night for little spills during dinner time. They pick up messes in one swipe and don’t tear easily, even when wet. The texture feels thick and high-quality, and I didn’t notice any weird scent, which is great for someone like me who is sensitive to fragrances. I even used one sheet to mop up an entire juice spill—no problem at all. The rolls last a long time, and I feel like I’m getting great value. Definitely a household essential! I love the Select A Size because you can choose how much towel you need for the size of the mess. Instead of wasting a whole sheet on a small mess, you can use the smaller size that is just the right fit! Bounty is also the softest paper towels I have ever used. I compare the softness of all paper towels to the nasty brown ones that you find in supermarket bathrooms. Those are like sandpaper!! Bounty towels are like soft towel, nice and comfortable against your skin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You only need one of these bounty paper towels to clean up after a party or just a regular dinner. Definitely strong, definitely tough, and yet they're very soft. Better and more sanitary then a sponge or dish rag.

You really tick me off. You had a perfectly great product...highly absorbent...single sheets tore off easily.
You have made changes to this product; it no longer feels plush and soft, and every time one pulls a sheet from a vertical stand....it rips near the bottom. You end up with a partial sheet, that feels rough and thin....and a lot of cursing ensues. Why did you decide to ruin a great product?

I swear these are the only paper towels worth buying. Not only does it absorb a lot more liquid then most brands but it is also durable - so you can use it a few times, and rinse it out and it doesnt fall a part or rip. My roomates finally understand why i get mad if they get another paper towel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been buying cheaper brands for such a long time now, that I forgot what I was missing by having a better quality paper towel. There were many times I couldn't find where the sheet started and ended up just ripping them apart while destroying the whole roll. That's absolutely not the case with these bounty rolls and the sheets are nice and thick. I love that they were so easy to break apart and even give you the option of choosing a half of a sheet instead of a whole one. Being that they are so absorbent, it doesn't call for a whole sheet in most cases. I like that they have the bounty embroidered on the sheets and are very soft and plush. The rolls themselves are so large that I can see them lasting for a good week if not longer. I definitely give these a try if you're like me and have been buying the cheaper versions which end up in much frustration while throwing your money away after tearing them up just to find the spot where they open.

There is nothing "unusual" about Robert's complaint about the perferations of Select-a-Size not tearing properly. You have done something to the product, probably to make it cheaper to manufacture; and an attempt to tear off pieces results in complete frustration! It WAS a product I had come to like a lot; but I am going to look for other brands next shopping trip. Better not to have a choice of sheet size and have to waste some than be angered and frustrated every time I try to use a Bounty!

So, we tend to need custom sizes for our very own messes. I love the fact that Bounty has always been known for absorbency, but in the Select A Size, it's 2x more, meaning that even if it's a smaller paper towel that it is still going to pick up your mess.

I have been using Bounty for decades. They are so thin and cheap now. I can't believe you reduced the quality of your product like this. You took away what made you stand above the rest. If you continue down this path, I will be switching to another brand.
