I have call to let them know I never received it. All they tell me I have to go back to the orders list , I did go to the original order just let me do a return, well how can I do a return if I never received the item. Need my item or my money back.

I guess we have found these towels to be pretty good compared with other brands. I like that they are good on windows and don't leave behind fiber pieces.

These are my favorite paper towels! I love that they have the selective size option because I don't always need a full sheet. They're great at picking up wet messes. Or even wiping down things as I clean them

Bounty Select A Size is the only paper towel we use and trust. Its great to be able to tear off a number of sizes for whatever we need. It's a very strong towel and never falls apart.

Love the select a size paper towels. Find it confusing on 12 rolls equal 28 rolls, etc. Did the towels use to come 20 to a roll? Great paper towel and I have tried others and always return to Bounty!

Still think Bounty is the best, but it seems to me that their formula changed over the last year or so. The towels seem stiffer and thinner than in the past.

We've been using this for years. I like the size of the sheets and it's pretty tough. We do use a lot more washable cloths now but these still have their place.

I love the select a size paper towels as the seem to go further. Getting the large package is helpful as I don’t have to run to the store as often, and that can be difficult as well as costly.

There was a great sale on this product. It is a favorite in our household. It holds up for scrubbing a greasy pan or wiping spills and cleaning windows.

Delivery was perfect. FedEx knows where my house is, and no confusion, unlike the Spark delivery service, who delivered the next order to the wrong place. Delivery staff needs to LOOK at the MAILBOX NUMBERS
