We have used this product for many years and loved it for the convenience of picking the size we wanted. Now the product has been changed. It's texture is rough and it has a chemical odor. I find both quite unpleasant. Unfortunately we will now have to find another product. Perhaps you can let us know if you still have a product that you haven't changed??

After reading the recent reviews here, I just cut my order in half. I want to see just how much difference there is. I always purchased Bounty because they were superior. I guess I might have to start a new comparison test? Until then I'll just put 3 stars (for my own bad experience with towels ripping diagonally). But I'll say what's on everyone's minds: BOUNTY, DON'T CHANGE WHAT HAS TRADITIONALLY BEEN THE BEST PRODUCT!

It’s soft and not super thick but picks up a lot of product. I also wash and use it again and it doesn’t tear either!

Other towels with a select-a-size just do not have the power in each size. The small size is never enough as it is with Bounty . With the 2X times the strength is great . I use less with Bounty that other brands

It's perfect for cleaning both big and small messes from my husband spilling food on my counter to son spilling his juice on the table. It's so easy to select just the right amount of paper towel so that you don't waste any. We also use paper towels in the bathroom to dry our hands as it's cleaner than towels that can hold germs. The select a size is perfect for this because my son doesn't need an entire sheet of paper towel. I can just give him a small piece. A little can go a long way!

My husband uses a lot of paper towels, so if I find one gently used (which is often) I keep them in a container and use them for quick mess pick ups to save even more. I always felt guilty when using a paper towel for small things like that. was a waste. Nothing goes to waste around here!

It’s also the brand I brought to my workplace—a public library—for the most delicate to messy cleaning tasks. While my commitment to the product—despite the price—has remained unwavering, the company appears to have fallen for gimmicks and inferior materials. The “web-like” texture is scratchy, stiff, and not as absorbent as its classic weave, and the sheets are thinner and do not hold up as they have in the past. This is the first time I have ever researched a standard “household supply” to post a review, and I do so to let other consumers know that, “Yes; something has changed about that terrific roll of Bounty you used to reach for,” and “No; you’re not alone in your experience.” Procter & Gamble…do better. Fix this. Sometimes newer is just newer…and you’ve messed with a classic.

You can pull just one sheet to use with a light meal or snack or you can grab as many as you need to clean up a big mess! By only using the amount of paper towels you need, they last much longer than full sheet paper towels. Plus Bounty Paper Towels are so durable.
