One chair ok. The other incorrectly assembled and right arm support broken. Replacement not offered as an option. Sams would only refund if we packaged everything back up, and man-handled it back to FedEx. This wasn't my problem, but all of a sudden it was.

Really disappointed in these chairs. We bought them last summer and they have completely rusted through already. We still have another pair of the same chairs that we bought from Sams over 4 years ago that are rust free and doing great. Please stop shortcutting on quality and using grommets that rust so easily.

Love the chairs and so pleased with my purchase. Just be cautious when first reclining - I thought there would be more resistance when leaning back in the chair but you will learn very quickly there is not. The tray is incredibly convenient and a definite bonus.

Bought as a wedding gift for dear friends and camping buddies. They love them. Comfortable to sit/recline in, the table is easy to set in place and very handy, and the headrest track is fantastic, beats the elastic strap on other models hands down. A little heavy but worth it, could use a carry strap or handle.

I bought five of these chairs because they were Sam’s Club brand and I expected better less than a year old and all the grommets are rusted and the paint is coming off the bottoms. Do not recommend. I bought three on Amazon for about the same price and they lasted almost 10 years.

These chairs have hardware that attaches all of the metal piping together. The hardware loosens over time from reclining in the chair and folding the chair. Therefore, because the instructions don't warn you about this, injury may occur. You must periodically check to make sure the hardware it tight and keep a hex wrench handy. You'll think the chair is broken, but it's not. The hardware loosened slowly over time

Bought 2 chairs last year and I can only echo the same reviews I've seen here. One chair is totally rusted out and has broken apart on the bottom the other is on it's way with rust. First sign was rust stains on the concrete which became a nuisance to clean all the time.

They get wet. They rust. All the little grommets weaving the entire fabric to the frame rust. You can't leave these very big chairs outside. They are cumbersome and difficult to fold and unfold. If you move them the water that is trapped in the frame is all rusty and you will have rusty water everywhere. Do not leave these chairs outside. I wouldn't recommend these chairs.

I opened the box and opened up one of the chairs and it was very comfortable, and sturdy. I really liked the chair. Unfortunately, the arm of the chair was cracked and broken. I looked at the other chair and the arm on it was cracked. I was very disappointed. My local Sam's club took them back and refunded my money with no problem. I would love to replace them but I am very nervous about them being damaged again. Shipping can be rough or the arms need to be move heavily padded.

Best I've seen and very comfortable. Awesome quality and price. Thoughtfully designed with the cup holder with larger diameter to hold large drinks/containers as well as cut-out fit the handle to accomodate a mug. Member's Mark brand is like getting the best but paying 1/2 retail.
