Easy to put together and it started right up. Got a great deal on the internet. I have heard and read that Generac is the way to go. Now I hope I don't have to use it.

I really like this generator. I only have one concern and that is the motor runs at a fairly high rpm with no electrical load. 8m not sure if that is normal operation or if something needs to be adjusted.

Easy to use and put together.works great.just wish the battery cables were in a different spot it would make putting the oil in a lot less complicated

The installing company 1Stop Generators was wonderful. The generator is very easy to operate and has enough capacity to back up your house comfort during the hurricane if you manage it right

After a lot of research we went with the generac generator and have been happy with the product so far. We have not had to use it in an outage yet but set it up and tested it easily.

Easy to setup - like electric start - Oil access could be easier - run immediately for trial 15 minutes - motor sounds good - but hope we don't get any "Sandy" soon Luigi, NY Long Island

I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS GENERATOR. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT FROM POWER SUPPLY TO FUEL CONSUMPTION AND QUIETNESS HAS PLEASED ME, AS WELL AS BEING ABLE TO MOVE IT EASILY TO WHERE I WANT TO USE IT AT.

The 6500E has sufficient power to provide for the essentials of this household. It has the ease of starting to fill in within the time constraints of an emergency. It should meet our needs for years to come.

I have mine installed in a custom trailer and use it to power all my electronics, AC and hydraulic system. It's been extremely reliable and easy to maintain.
