an excellent machine - power, easy start- easy maintnenance. one minor problem - time meter was faulty and was replaced under warranty. Otherwise a "ten"

This generator was very easy to set up and get started. All you have to do is follow the instructions in the manual. I was set up and running within a half a hour after reading the manual.

During the recent hard freeze here in Texas this generator was put to good use and performed very well. Made the situation here tolerable for the entire week of the freeze.

Bought it for hurricane Matthew. Lost power for 24 hrs. Was able to keep refrigerators & freezer going. Able to watch satellite for news while neighbors lost cable. Very good generator for the price

With the exception of one part missing in the shipment, the generator went together easily. The instructions were clear and well written. The missing part was sent quickly with no hassles. It runs my home with no problems.

so far so good, it started right up after putting oil and hooking up Battery, and added some gasoline, checked voltage all good, now have to finish hooking up transfer panel and wait for other power outage had two already this fall .

I live in hurricane country. That means rain. This thing cannot be operated in rain, so it does me no good. I will have to get a machine that works in bad weather.

We bought this product because of a power outage that last about 3 days. The product was easy to use and set up. The quick start guide was really handy. I would recommend this product to anyone.

While this generator is exceptionally powerful and reliable it is dangerous to use as it is too heavy to move. Moving it just once about destroyed my spine. IT NEEDS WHEELS AND YOU CAN'T GET THEM!!!

Was easy to assemble and started on the first try. Have not had a chance to use for an emergency yet, but everything seems to be working as expected.
