This is my second set of the Michelin Defender. 2 tires. My last purchase was in 2019. Although the tire has signs of wearing and some cracking, the tread on tires held up for five years. I was very pleased so I purchased another set for the same car.

I installed these tires on Mazda CX 9 2021, less than a month ago, after reading positive reviews about these tires. Disappointed, brand new tires, thumping noise at 100km/hr plus speed .Tire shop recheked it, balance it again, its better, but not the same smoothness as OEM tires Falken Ziex Ct 50. ires, balanced it again. I won't buy or recommend. Wish, could replace it with continental extreme contact.

I purchased a set of Defender 2 tires for my Ford Flex 10/9/24. The vehicle is AWD and was aligned shortly thereafter. Since purchased these tires, primarily the rear 2, have been extremely loud. The Defenders I previously had on this vechicle never displayed this obnoxious behavior and I was very satisfied with them. Would not consider purchasing these tires again.

Have always been a fan of the Michelin tire. Don't know how often your customers get 100,000 miles out of their tires but I am coming up on that magical number. My Honda Accord has 195,000 miles on the odometer and the tires still have 4/32nd left of tread. They were purchased with 99,000 on the odometer, have had 3 low tire pressure warnings but never had one that left me stranded. Will recommend these to my family and friends. The car came with Primacy Tour A/S tires. The car handled great and had a great ride - fun to drive. These tires are terrible. I made a huge mistake buying them because of my long history of purchasing only Michelin tires. They were the Michelins recommended by a tire dealer I trust. As soon as I drove away with these tires, it was like the car that was so much fun to drive had gone "numb." The dealer tried to fix the issue, but the conclusion seems to be that the Defender tires were a bad match for the car.

I decided on Defender 2s for my 2017 Acura TLX V6. I live in Florida but occasionally drive north in the winter. The tires are very quiet. The handling of the car is exception. These two aspects get 5 stars. What I have found that my mileage has decreased about 20 to 25%. I need to fill up after 300 miles instead of the 400 miles on the OEM tires.

When we bought our new 2024 Subaru Forester it came with unacceptable tires which I insisted that the dealer replace with a set of Michelin Defenders. I had researched all tire offerings for this vehicle and these proved to be the highest-rated and best value and they have not disappointed me in any way. Premium rubber for a competitive price is always a great value. That your life and the lives of your family are at stake makes the decision an easy one. As we also roll on Michelin X-Ice 3s in the winter means that we will be covered for years to come!

This is my 4 th set. Love the quality and performance. Excellent value for the money.
