This is an excellent flavoring of roasted coffee beans. I drink mine black and use 12oz of water. It has a medium to medium strong spice flavor, but definitely not over powering. I was able to get it in local stores but this is the first year I have not been able to.

This is the best coffee I've ever had! It is a great coffee for those who drink their coffee black, like a flavored coffee, but not through sweeteners and creamers. Even my husband, who doesn't like flavored coffee, makes himself a cup every morning when I have a bag in the cupboard.

I bought this because Community recommended it as a replacement for Cafe De Olla. I cut one scoop of this with 7 scoops of breakfast blend and the coffee still tasted like a spoonful of frosting. It is terrible. No cinnamon notes. I threw away the rest of the bag, as it was undrinkable.

We so enjoyed the smooth and flavorful creative Mardi Gras Coffee. Hopefully it will be too popular for only being offered a limited time. Whoever person or group who came up with it needs recognition. WINNER!!! Plan to promote it. Popular talk show host Bob Paff (Baltimore-based) you should consider as your commercial spokesman. We tried it the first time while visiting our son in Bossier City, LA at a Circle K and OMG it was delicious! After that first taste we wanted it for ourselves but didn’t know where to find it. One day my wife and I was at Walmart and saw the K-cups but not the grinds. Luckily the Community Coffee distributor was there and she asked him where to get? He told us they just stocked Sams Club and Kroger - well that’s all he needed to say. During our entire visit down there we purchased around 10 bags for family and friends which I jokingly stated we smuggled “10 keys of coffee” over 6 states. It taste as good as it smells. We had a little French Vanilla creamer and BANG! I wish I knew the distributor’s name that day because he just made my life so happy. Hopefully this will make its way up to Virginia.

I am a long time coffee drinker, and after a while, I get bored with my coffee flavor - at least until this!!! Mardi Gras King Cake is THE BEST coffee I've had!!! And it is so delicious that I've been drinking two cups a day for the past three months!!! I look forward to my daily coffee drinks! I even give Mardi Gras King Cake as gifts to my friends that don't live in New Orleans!!! Community, you have a true blue ribbon winner with this flavor!!! Thank you so much for making coffee exciting again!!!

I was visiting New Orleans jan 2016 and decided to try king cake flavor coffee. I normally buy French vanilla so I tried king cake and was amazed!!! omg I love this coffee its the best flavor ever . I live in California but I was born in New Orleans so I know good full bodied rich real coffee. I can t wait until this returns .

We just received this coffee as a blessing from my sis and her hubby who just came back from Louisiana. Came home and made it right away with some spring water. DELICIOUS!!! Love coffee and always trying new ones. This is a keeper and highly recommend it! Will keep buying this for sure.

I grew up with Community Coffee and get excited every time I try a new blend. The Mardi Gras King Cake blend did not disappoint me. It has a smooth taste that is wonderful as a stand alone beverage or enhances the flavor of a coffee cake or muffin. This blend is definitely "a keeper."

Love this flavor! I also consume a few others on the daily. Was born and raised in BR and always loved having to cross the river, especially when they were roasting. The aroma was so wonderful! =-) The only reason for not giving a 5 star is because of not having a nutritional label. I have to keep up with and regulate my potassium and caffeine intake.
