Our household has bought this product multiple times because of the convenience of microwaveable pre-cooked burgers. However, we've cut back from buying three packages initially when we through they were a suitable replacement for Quick N' Eat patties, to two packages, to one. We initially took them to be a substitute for the previous Quick N' Eat pre-cooked patties that Sam's had carried, which is why be bought so many. I don't think we'll be buying the Don Lee Farms version any more. They are not a suitable replacement. The meat when cooked in the microwave has a strong artificial grilled flavor--that stinks even before they're heated. When fried in a skillet, the grill flavor is thankfully weaker, but the meat is spongy and presents as a cheap variety of processed food-service cafeteria patty. TL;DR: Bad smoke/grill flavoring, bad spongy texture. Worse product than Sam's previously carried.

Best tasting hamburger

These are wonderful burgers, they've got the grill marks on them already all you have to do is thaw them and heat them up. They went over so big at the party. I should have bought her an additional package of them. I will always keep them in the refrigerator for this summer and always. They are definitely quality angus meat.

I, too, was a huge fan of the Quik-N-Eat precooked patties that Sam’s Club used to carry. However, it’s my understanding that those burgers are no longer being produced, so please stop the crybaby whining about bringing them back—it’s over, so get over it and move on. Though not as good, these are a suitable replacement. Next, I wish to address the claims that these burgers are too spicy…maybe to someone who has the palate of a toddler, but to me, I don’t get spicy at all. Do they have spices, yes; only a light amount for the flavor and I find that flavor fairly tasty. The bottom line is this; if you are looking for a tasty precooked burger, try these. If you like them, please write a review that says so. If you don’t like them, Sam’s Club’s policy is that they will gladly refund your money. What do you have to lose?

Really liked to ones they used to have. Bought these for the first time today since they were on Instant Savings and heated one up for my Dad. He said they were OK but not as good as the other kind. I can't eat or smell onions without feeling sick, so I don't think I'm even going to try them. Just the smell from heating one up for him gave me a headache. And I'll be putting the bag in another freezer bag so the smell I can already sense from the opened bag doesn't get into the other stuff in the freezer.
