I have sold thermal paper for 12 years. 2022 and 2023 had customers return several rolls in 4 different cases. Would not fit in machine. I measured them with good ones. They are too wide. I refunded the customers. Needless say I did not make any money. I am afraid to buy anymore that size.

The purchase price for this receipt paper is great. This is a supply I continue to buy, and I continue to buy it here because of the great price for a quality product.

This has to be the worst kind of thermal paper ever like how can you be so cheap on this . Paper is ultra thin and can barely see the ink . I’ve never seen this bad
