I eat them right out if the cup. It doesn't say I can but I use a fork to poke holes in the Lid and through in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and added to already warmed Veetee Basmati rice.

I bought these to try out with my salad that I bring to work for lunch. I was worried they'd taste like fake/rubbery chicken but they are delicious! Will be buying again.

I am super picky with precooked chicken (the Tyson is yuck) but these are yummy! I am tossing them on salads or in wraps daily for work! Will keep buying.
