The Codeage Curcumin checks all the boxes in regards to what makes a curcumin supplement effective. According to the research it can take 8-12 weeks for curcumin to make an affect. I've been using this supplement for 1 month, but I feel that I have less overall soreness after I run or workout.

This is a tumeric supplement on steroids.FERMENTEDThis a big step above the regular tumeric supplement because it is fermented. Tumeric is great for inflammation but fermented tumeric is even better because it offers probiotics which also help with inflammation.OTHER INGREDIENTS: This offers a powerhouse of other ingredients as well such as milk thistle (great for detoxification and the liver), dandelion, ginger (good for digestion and for treating colds), and fermented apple cider vinegar. I just can't rave enough about the combination of ingredients in this supplement.
