It is the only thing I did differently, and after a few days of taking three capsules a day, I could tell I had less pain. My sister had used it and it helped her and so she told me about it.

I have ordered this product MANY times. It works great and I recommend it to all of my friends and family that most need it. Great for inflammation of all kinds. I especially like the extra ingredients that work with turmeric to make it a real winner!

I didn't want to be taking ibuprofen all the time so I thought I would give this a try to help with the inflammation and found this to be so helpful! Within a week I was able to move my arm/ shoulder significantly more with a lot less pain and the inflammation went way down! obviously I have an injury and it's going to take time and physical therapy but in conjunction, I found it very helpful. I highly recommend!

I have been taking turmeric for some time now. Some turmeric is not as effective as others. Let's take a look at this one.WHAT IS THIS LIKE?This turmeric is a really potent smelling supplement. I love turmeric so that is not a problem for me. Each capsule is filled with orange powder of turmeric and there are other ingredients that are good as well.ARE THIS DIFFICULT TO SWALLOW?These are not very difficult to swallow. They are pretty standard size capsules.ANY BURPING OR ISSUES?That is my one caution about this. Although I don't have any burping issues, I have experienced a little bit of stomach upset when I have taken these. The reason that I think this could have happened is that I did not realize at first that this had reishi mushrooms in it. Despite the lack of reactions to beta glucans which are sometimes taken from mushrooms, I occasionally have issues from reishi added to some supplements.I have had to stop taking these for a while as I had another supplement I tried a while back that gave me similar problems with upset stomach and bloating.ANY PAIN REDUCTION?These did help with pain somewhat so I will say that there was some positive result to my taking one capsule a day instead of the three.THE BOTTOM LINEAlthough these seemed to help with pain, I did have occasional stomach upset when taking them, so I am not sure if I will continue. I will be trying it one more time and then make a decision. Other than that, they did seem to help with pain some as other turmeric supplements have done that I have taken.MY RATINGFOUR STARS. I can not say positively that stomach issues were from this, so after I isolate it again I will know for sure. At this point, I am giving it four stars, but if the stomach issues continue, I will re-do my rating.

Fermentation helps bring out the positive quality of the herbs for your body to digest them easier. This product is a win-win all the way around. I have tried many turmeric products over the year and this one’s probably one of the better ones. Recommended serving size is three capsules per day so this is a one month supply.Now I can really only base my review on what this product “claims to be or do” and what ingredients are inside. I’m taking this product along with a whole hand full of other supplements along with huge diet and lifestyle changes in my goal to reach optimal health. Bought this for the great combination of ingredients! They are easy to swallow and there's no weird aftertaste. No digestion issues and I feel like this supplement has already helped with my inflammation in my knees! Great price for this many capsules, definitely would buy again!

I'm not a lab animal so I dont know exactly whats helping me, but I feel good about the ingredients in this supplement and I willl continue taking it. I also trust Codeage products.

I love this pill form of turmeric. It is tasteless which makes it easy to taste. Others I have tried still have the distinct taste when swallowed so I appreciate that it is easy to take. I use it for its anti-inflammatory properties. I will definitely keep using!
