So the other night to spice things up at supper time I used the seasoning mix buttermilk chicken on some chicken with a side of some fresh steamed veggies and mashed potatoes and it was so good my 3 year old picky eater loved it and asked for seconds. Definitely a major score with the kid.

Patted my chicken breast dry with paper towels, spread Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix on both sides of my chicken breasts, and baked in the oven. Super juicy and oh so easy! Highly recommend!

The first bite threw me off but after that first shock I was hooked. I think it was that it wasn't exactly like a taco flavor that threw me. These is a slight ranch flavor and never did I think it would go with tacos but it was perfect.
