It was very mild, but I didn’t get a pronounced ranch flavor like I would expect from anything from Hidden Valley. It could have upped the spice and upped the ranch to have some flavor and balance. It said to use milk which gave it a very creamy texture. It was not just crumbled up seasoned ground beef; it was in a creamy sauce.

I was lucky enough to sample this product through pinch me and received enough to use for two different meals. One word to describe this product - yum! The directions are easy to follow & the buttermilk flavor with a ranch twist was the perfect seasoning on the chicken. The packet instructions are for 2 lbs. of cut up chicken, but it also shows an alternative using a whole chicken. I will buy this product in the future & have recommended it to friends already.
