It has a little processed taste to me as I prepare my meals from scratch using fresh ingredients. With that said, I don't have any leftovers.

While I didn't find it as spicy as I normally like to make my tacos the flavor is very good. It is as easy to use as the other seasoning mixes I've tried (with the difference of using milk instead of water). It tasted like a mild taco sauce mixed with ranch, very tasty.
