Love this! This made a great tasting chicken in the oven! To a sheet pan I added bone in chicken thighs, quartered baby red potatoes and brussel sprouts covered with the Hidden Valley Buttermilk Chicken Premium Recipe mix! The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on inside! The flavor was yummy on the chicken and the potatoes and brussel sprouts!

I made my chicken with the HIDDEN VALLEY RANCH NIGHT SEASONING MIX - BUTTERMILK CHICKEN and what a surprise...it made my chicken taste so good with little effort. It is not overly salty, more of a creamy and buttery taste. Works great with chicken breast or even toss some on salad. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Hidden Valley Ranch Night Buttermilk Chicken Premium Seasoning Mix following the simple directions, using small pieces of boneless chicken breasts. I fileted the breasts then cut them in half, so they would cook a little quicker and be well coated with seasoning. The flavor was good - not too strong and not too salty for my taste, and I could definitely taste the buttermilk. I served it with rice and a vegetable and my picky teenagers enjoyed the meal. I will definitely be purchasing this again!
