We used half for chicken & rice with vegetables on the side. We used the other half for baked chicken. Both were DELICIOUS! We WILL BE getting more Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mixes. Especially Buttermilk chicken!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a hidden valley ranch night where we used the hidden valley Alfredo packet in my personal recipie as well as the hidden valley buttermilk chicken seasoning mix. I did not use a full 2 pounds of chicken and knew I shouldn't have used the whole packed but I did. Its good but as I knew would most likely happen it was a bit too salty. Though again this was entirely my fault for not using less of the packet or more chicken. The sauce makes a nice little gravy, not a lot but a little with the fat and oil from the baked chicken. I cut my chicken a bit to stuff more seasoning into it.

My children are creatures of habit and have a few set favorite meals, but mom can only eat the same chicken so many times. This offers an easy alternative to keep it a meal they love while offering variety. Would definitely purchase in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two nights ago, I used Hidden Valley Ranch Night seasoning mix to make Buttermilk Chicken. The recipe was right on the package and super easy to follow. The entire family, both adults AND kids, really enjoyed the meal! I have two kiddos who are extremely picky eaters and aren't big fans of trying new dishes. However, the buttermilk ranch chicken smelled SO good while cooking that they couldn't help but want to try it! They both cleaned their plates and asked for seconds- and honestly, I couldn't give something a better review than that.

I absolutely love hidden valley ranch as is so this just made my day!! The homemade chicken nuggets I make were so much more flavorful this time around and the mix of seasonings they use are absolutely mouth watering!!
