[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a hidden valley ranch night where we used the hidden valley Alfredo packet in my personal recipie as well as the hidden valley buttermilk chicken seasoning mix. I did not use a full 2 pounds of chicken and knew I shouldn't have used the whole packed but I did. Its good but as I knew would most likely happen it was a bit too salty. Though again this was entirely my fault for not using less of the packet or more chicken. The sauce makes a nice little gravy, not a lot but a little with the fat and oil from the baked chicken. I cut my chicken a bit to stuff more seasoning into it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the new Hidden Valley Ranch Night Seasoning Mix - Buttermilk Chicken for dinner and give this 5 stars. I followed the recipe on the pack which was super easy to follow. This doesn't require soaking the chicken (any protein) in any liquid before coating with the seasoning mix as most other mix's do. There is plenty of seasoning mix in the pack to fully coat 6 medium thighs. The seasoning mix stayed on the chicken throughout the cooking time with no leakage. Resulting in super moist chicken with a nice kick of spice. This just might be our new quick weekday meal.

We used it in a skillet rice bowl of chicken and veggies instead of the regular fajita blend, and it was very tasty. I would use this again.

I followed the directions on the back of the packet. The directions were simple to follow. This seasoning mix turned out great and my whole family really enjoyed it. My kids wanted an extra serving. They said it almost tasted like a restaurant style type of tacos. I agree with them!

She’s a picky eater and the only seasoning and dressing she will eat is ranch. This was very easy to use and the flavor was on point. Usually my kids complain things are too spicy but there were no complaints with the taco meat for dinner tonight. The flavor is really good taco seasoning with a hint of ranch. It was super easy to make. The directions call for milk so it made the meat slightly creamy. I will definitely be adding this to my grocery list for taco nights from now on.
