We really enjoyed these ravioli. Do not put tomato sauce on this! The flavor is delicate and needs a light sauce. I made up a white wine and lemon sauce that complimented this nicely. Paired with the walnut cranberry crunch salad and you have 5 star dining.

I have enjoyed Rana products often and are usually very good. However I was disappointed with the lobster and cheese ravioli. There were lots of pasta and lots of cheese but very little lobster. It was very tasty, just lacking the main ingredient. I have a second package that I will cook and if I have better experience, I’ll update this post.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I have tried other Rana products and excited to try this lobster and cheese ravioli. they are very easy to prepare, as advertised takes only 4 minutes to cook. You will be disappointed if you expect chunks of lobster meat. You can taste hints of lobster. while the taste is okay I was more disappointed with its serving size. The package states 7 servings per package, but I would say no more than 3.

When I got this out of my freezer to cook, it was moldy.

Nothing but lobster flavored paste. Awful! I love pasta but we couldn’t eat it. So disappointed.
