It took about an hour to put together but the end results are wonderful …much better than expected.yes it’s a bit firm and you wont sink in it but Very comfortable …the storage is spacious for a few pillows and blankets. Wish I purchased it sooner.

Bought for my mother. I am not close by so not sure how the power ports work. She said there wasn't a cord to plug the sofa into the wall. I see there are power ports on the side per pic on description on here but how does the sofa get power to power the ports? She said hers was not delivered with any type of cord to power the sofa. Any help would be appreciated.

We LOVE this couch. It was easy to install with two people, and the features are incredible. The couch is on the firmer side, but it is still so comfortable. We couldn’t be happier with this product.

Super happy with this couch! We were looking for a couch for our small basement space and this is perfect! Slides out easily and is comfortable! It is on the firm side as most sleeper sofas are but the fabric is comfortable so makes the couch cozy. Seems to be great quality we are very happy with our purchase!

Hard as a rock.

Don’t think I would buy a sofa from Sam’s we bought one just like this one. Well when we got it in Dec and put it together the back cushion were all the same and we needed a middle and other end…..Sams referred me to manufacturer and they would do nothing then Sam’s would return it however they would not just exchange the wrong pillows and not guarantee when I would get another 2 weeks months 3 months don’t think I could trust buying from them again Good luck everyone who does buy!!!!!!
