The minute I unpacked the generator, I was pleasantly surprised! All the items that were listed to come with my unit was in the package. It started the first try, and it ran perfectly. The instructions are easy to understand and were right on.

I bought this item a month ago. Upon unpacking, I noticed the alternator cover was dented. One of the wheel appeared to have pressed into it. Contacted the vendor.

I received this generator this morning. Easily set it up. Fired up on the second pull (I didn't pull very hard on the 1st pull) I ran it for an hour then put a load on it with no problems. Looking forward to my next power outage!
