We when thru the troubleshooting list but nothing works. I think we will have to call the customer service. We bought this generator new in April 2024.

Need backup and bought another brand. After researching, took it back and bought this unit due to the features and reviews. Looking for a long term commitment with this unit.

In Florida, a generator is a very nice thing to have during hurricane season. This model is large enough to support a portable air conditioner in addition to fridge and other small electronics.

I bought this today and very excited. It is what I have been looking for. I like that is duel because when Ida hit Louisiana last year gas was hard to fine. Could get plenty of propane. We will be ready when an emergency happens.

This generator (model WGEN5300CV) started on 2nd pull and runs very smooth suppling all the power needed for the necessities in power outage situation. Very happy with this product.

I picked this up after we experience a few days without power. Main use will be for essentials such as well pump, heating/cooling, and refrigeration of food. So far so good. Quality product and not as loud as I expected.

very little assembly is required and all the tools are provided. well built and perfect for power outages due to weather conditions. large gas tank provides long running time.

I bought this generator a month and it just arrived. Set up was smooth and easy. Started on the second pull and the electric start works great. We hooked some things up to it and it worked great. Can’t wait to use it more.

Easy to assemble. Serviced with oil & gas, connected battery cranked up and ran immediately. It’s a heavy but solid unit, not too loud and has plenty of power.

So far so good! Putting it together was easy and directions were simple. The battery was dead, but it started right up on the first pull. After that, I ran it for a while, turned it off and then restarted it with the battery.
