Found the instructions very thorough and easy to follow. Started on second pull and ran very smooth within a few seconds. Output was 122 volts. Has multiple ways to connect to loads and both 120 and 240 volts. Very satisfied.

Received this generator and within 15 minutes had it up and running and testing for operation. Easy operation and very mobile for the size of the generator.

I was very satisfied with the product. Unpacking, I had found all documentation, owners manual, warrantee information, etc. Set-up was simple, straight forward, everything worked as it should.

I only used once since I bought, the switch or starter not working on the second time I tried to start. I did buy a second one and it has been great so for.

Bought this to use as an extra,found it to be more powerful than our first, It started up on second pull ,We let it run for almost an hour without any problems at all.Great product.

Generator arrived and worked as advertised. Mostly easy to setup. Adding oil was a little messy. It does take one quart of oil which I couldn't find listed anywhere. Happy so for.

I bought this item a week ago and already love it. I bought it for backup power in case of a power outage to run my refrigerators, deep freeze, boiler, lights and tv.
