Purchased this gen in April 2021 hoping I don't have to use it this hurricane season. But better be prepared. Gen looks good and trust it will serve us well should we have need for it.

Had it as an emergency backup. Worked great off and on. But I let it sit for two weeks and now the electric start has completely failed and it won't run for over 30 seconds

We bought this model because it has dual start. It was very easy to put together and we hope we never have a need to use it, but we finally feel comfortable that if we do lose power, we have the perfect generator to get our family through.

So easy to use, I added fluids and broke it in for an hour. Started right up via pull cord, as the battery arrived connected and dead. The price was much lower than other generators within this power range.

I bought this generator about a week ago. We are already using it to power the air conditioning and electrical appliances in our horse trailer’s living quarters. It is working as advertised. I wish I had found this unit sooner.

Purchased for my parents as a gift. Great power and with the electric start it makes it easier on them to start it up in case of emergencies. Great product!

I only have it a week but compared to others I checked out they don’t give you anything because I have one .this one came with handle ,wheels ,spark plug socket, open wrench and even a quart of oil . And a Warranty. Love it

Bought this item in preparation for a storm. Fortunately did not need to use. Comes with a wheel kit and is easy to install. Makes moving the generator easy to move around. It started easily. Very happy with my purchase.

compact unit. good out of the box experience. thoughtful design and packaging. Have not fired it up so I dont need to empty oil/gas later. Hope I dont need to use it anytime soon.

Bought this to replace a smaller one. Haven’t used it during an outage yet, but my couple of test runs have gone great. My wife really likes the electric start, but I’m also happy for the recoil backup. I will update when things get real!
