So far, so good. Westinghouse is living up to its reputation. Thank you Westinghouse! Super compact. Easy to move. Not nearly as heavy as I anticipated.

Living in the hurricane zone you need a generator, and the Westinghouse 5300 is perfect for my needs. Starts on the first pull and is equipped with the safety features for safe use.

Started with the first pull of the rope! Electric starter is included but I didn't need it even though the weather was cold. I love the design. I love the ease of use, and the ease of transport. It's a perfect match for my solar/battery system!

It was not difficult to assemble the wheel kit and the instructions on how to start the generator were very clear. I did a test run and it started up immediately!

I bought this generator a month ago. It is a sturdy machine and starts and runs very well. I particularly like the electric start as well as the 30 amp sockets. It is exactly what I need for emergencies.
