I have vacation rental houses, (a couple sleep up to 20 persons). For the last 5-6 years (at least) I have purchased nothing but Members Mark 450-thread count sheets for my rental business, and I have bought DOZENS of these sheets, from Twin to Full, Queen & King. My renters love them and often thank me for the high quality bedding in our homes. The only thing these sheets might not hold up to is the abuse some renters give them. They are comfortable and a good weight; one thing I love is the way the fitted sheets are made - you always know where the head and foot ends go, because there is an extra panel of fabric there. I understand that with any product, sometimes items slip through the Quality Control Department, but with all the sheets I have bought and used over the years, NONE have raveled or otherwise disappointed me. A renter recently stained a sheet and discarded it before I could even attempt to remove the stain, so I was buying a replacement set of King sheets today when I clicked on the reviews out of sheer curiosity. It shocked me to see that some buyers had had the issues they reported with these sheets. After using these sheets for as many years as I have, I felt I had been remiss in not giving a review, so just wanted to go on record since I have been buying these for so long. If you have a lot of traffic going through your home, I'd recommend the solid white - between bleach, baking soda & hydrogen peroxide, stain treatments, etc...it's a rare occasion we can't get the stains out.

I purchased these sheets to use on the new Cal-King Memory Foam Mattress (72" x 84" x 14). It is a 14" mattress and they are very hard to put on and they ride up on the corners. The a very nice set of sheets but if they don't fit I can not give it a very good review

I purchased these sheets in the grey and aqua, one for my son. These sheets will tear after time. My son's sheet set also tore down the middle. I couldn't believe it till it happened to me. I do like the sheets however but there must be some kind of flaw that the company doesn't know about. Anyone else have this problem???

Don't let the 450 thread count discourage you. These sheets are good heavy quality. A bit stiff out of box, but really soften with washing. They fitted sheets are well made and do not come off the mattress . I will continue to buy for all my sheets

I have used this brand of sheets for many years and I am very disappointed in my last set. It is about 2 months old and the hem on the bottom of the flat sheet has unraveled about half way across. I also feel the fabric is different and not as soft as the last set of the 450 count. Really not sure I will buy these ever again

I've tried the 600TC, 650TC and the 1000TC, and I have to say, this is my favorite of all the sheets. I do have a preference of a dry cotton feel and not a sateen silky feel which higher thread count sheets tend to do. These sheets keep my cooler than most sheets and they fit great on my 13" mattress. Actually, it's probably a little looser than I'd like. Deep pockets keep the sheet in place and they wash great!

Just bought these and washed for first time. While folding I noticed two tears on the fitted sheet. Not sure if they were packaged that way or if it occurred during wash. They were washed on gentle, cold cycle! Packed them up and will be returning. After reading the comments I think I’ll have to go with another brand. Seems like a lot of people are having issues with this.

This MM 100% cotton sheet set is wonderful. Washes beautifully. Nice thick sheet by today's standards. The panel at both the top and bottom of fitted sheet assists in holding the sheet in place while putting on mattress. The panels also help hold the sheet on mattress as I have an electrical position adjusting bed.

I bought the first set because I was tired of more dxpensove sheets coming off the bed and not being soft enough. These were on sale and I thought they could work until I found a brand I’d love...this is the brand. I have bought my second set just a nice and soft as the first!

I bought these sheets only 2 months ago, and am kicking myself for not buying more. I've washed them about 5 times, and they come out soft and like new. I am so impressed that they stay on our mattress when we move it. Only problem, we have 2 X-long Twin Beds, so I need to buy 2 sets, and sew the top sheet into one- otherwise I will buy them again.
