Pole bent completely over on the 2nd use. Material is too thin. Looked great until it was laying on the ground.

Great quality Sunbrella fabric and gorgeous color (Cast Lagoon), slightly lightweight poles, could be a bit thicker gauge, but for price great purchase. Tilt option is very easy and convenient.

I ordered two. The crank on one was very difficult to turn. The other had the handle installed crookedly and was hard to crank. Neither of the tilt functions worked. The color was lovely and the large size was appealing.

I bought this umbrella a month ago. It is my third one of this 10' Sumbrella series. This one will not crank down. How can I return as it is fully open. What do I do?

I've had 2 of these umbrellas. The fabric is great, has held up well, cleans easily. The metal umbrella part, not so much. The pole bent the first time we tried to move one in the rolling stand, a spoke broke in the other the first time it was blown over when tied closed. The raising/lowering mechanisms no longer work on either after less than a year of use. I'm really surprised at how poor the quality of the materials and construction is for the metal parts.

Purchased on 3/5/2022 - the base has rusted, the crank has rusted and the screws all rusted leaving the item useless. We can't open/close the umbrella due to the crank rusting from the inside. Contacted Sunbrella, they stated they only sell the fabric and they do not manufacture the base. Told us to contact Sam's to see what "Can Be Done" about it.

A quality a product that should last for several years. Good value.

Beautiful umbrella which replaces same version. Last one got blew up in a wind storm.

Sturdy, good looking and sun guarded fabric. Pleased with my new umbrella.
