Easy to use, made a loaf of pumpkin bread. Family all loved it. Added the cream cheese frosting from the box. Topped it off nicely.

I am not a baker but decided to try this and it was amazing. I added walnut and switched out the oil for applesauce and it worked and was delicious and will be baking another loaf of bread soon.

Disappointed because this box is way overpriced for the amount of topic. It costs 2 dollars more and there are only 3 packets. We love this product but will think real hard before we purchase again.
