This is so yummy. I made it as bread and added an extra swirl of more cinnamon. It's so good while warm. I'll get another box to have on hand for the Autumn holidays.

Delicious and Easy to make. I always make it in a loaf or muffins. I add some chopped pecans in there to make it extra delicious. (Since they don't do that anymore)

I made a loaf of this quick bread adding walnuts to it. Gave a friend half of the loaf. Both of us agree that this was a really good quick bread. I also baked this in a bread maker on the Quick Bread mode and then had to add another 20 minutes on Bake. Came out absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.

If you are a fan of pumpkin spice flavored sweets, then these are for you. I have only used this mix for pancakes so far. There is a high sugar content, so they are a bit tricky to not burn and also flip. These don’t need syrup because they are sweet. However, they are not overly sweet. The only caveat with these is they are seasonal. So you have to stock up if you want them year round.

These are very good bought a loaf pan so I can make them in. It came out wonderful before I had a loaf pan. I used a small cake pan and it works just great. Had to adjust the time for a little less shared with my neighbors. very delicious. They all enjoyed it.

I made this into cookies and pancakes. Both were not the greatest. The cookies turned out harder than I liked. I maybe baked them too long since they never seemed done earlier. The pancake were Barry edible. Maybe making into bread or muffins would be best

I decided to try this after a good experience with Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix. The Pumpkin Spice mix was not a total success but is recommended for two things: cookies and loaf cake. Those were easy to make and tasted great. The pancake recipe worked poorly, and I say that as someone who usually makes pancakes from scratch. It was MUCH too sweet and had too little flour - even after adding the amount specified - causing the pancakes to be thin. I did not try the waffles, but since I also make my own from scratch (and liked the Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix, which has the right proportions of ingregients), I anticipate the same problems there. Stick to the cookies & loaf cake and you will be satisfied.

This makes the house smell so good. We love pumpkin!
