This is so moist and has a cinnamon and sugar taste as well as pumpkin. I made waffles, bread and cookies and all were moist and delicious!

Don't trust the bake times for loaves. Thought an hour sounded too long and indeed, I got a burnt loaf. My fault for not checking, but be warned.
