This is a great pancake, bread, and cookie mix! I added real pumpkin puree to make it into a layered trifle pudding cake too and everyone loved it!😋🥰

Very easy to make and so moist. I make some with choc chips too. Next I’m going to add cinnamon crumble topping to my cupcakes. Highly recommend this product. I look forward to it every year.

Purchase this for my family every year when it is sold. Great treat and easy to make the bread and to also use it for pancakes. Taste is wonderful and texture is soft. The whole family will enjoy.

I bought because we love pumpkin spice pancakes and usually buy the mix from Cracker Barrel. The bread I made with this mix was delicious. The pancakes were another story. It is not possible to cook at 375 as the directions state. I started off cooking on medium heat and they started burning before they were ready to flip over then burned on the other side before they were cooked through. I'm assuming from all of the sugar in them. After some trial and error and a several wasted pancakes I turned heat down to 2, cooked 2 in the skillet at once because they are very awkward to flip, you have to flip over while the batter side is still very raw and runny or the other side will burn. The kids liked the pancakes and the flavor was good, but my husband and I weren't crazy about the texture and the fact it took 45 minutes to make pancakes. They were kinda crunchy from all of the sugar in them and they were heavy and dense. I think we will stick with homemade or Cracker Barrel's mix. I will definitely purchase again, it was a great deal at sams, but to make the bread for quick and easy holiday gifts.

When I saw this at sams I was kinda iffy because I usually read reviews on products and go by them, but I thought why not and I was soooo happy I bought them made muffins with craisins--excellent! Cookies--amazing, so I would def recommend 5+++ stars in my opinion!!!

Did not work for pancakes. I followed directions exactly but the batter was runny so they were huge when I poured it on. They didn't cook and one side burnt by the time they were solid enough to flip. Oak just didn't work… There are three bags inside so I'm going to try muffins next instead.

This does not taste like it came from a box. I only made the bread loaf, but it came out perfect. It has balanced flavors and a perfectly moist crumb. It's still hot out, so I baked it in my toaster oven. It's still perfect four days later loosely covered on the kitchen counter. I'll be purchasing again to make mini loaves as gifts.
