From my very first phone call the end, they were professional, reliable, and easy to work with. I purchased a LuxeAdapt Firm first; it was too firm for me. Called within the 90 days, and exchanged it for the the ProAdapt Hybrid. Tempurpedic was so easy to work with! They refunded the difference with no problem to my bank account. Wonderful mattress and great company.

I tried to save money 6 years ago and bought a level down from beauty rest. Good mattress but started sagging. I KNEW at the time it was a bad move and did it anyway. Hence, 6 years later, i bit the bullet and bought my Tempurpedic. Costly lesson, but now I sleep so comfortably! Don't make the same mistake I made... START with Tempurpedic!

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. We love our Tempurpedic-Pro Adapt Firm mattress. The first night we laid down in it and tried it we thought....oh no, we shouldn't have gotten the firm version, it's too hard!. But within a few seconds, the mattress perfectly envelopes your back and hips for a restful and supported night's sleep. This performance by the mattress has continued every night since without disappointment. I love how I can't feel my husband get in or out of bed or toss and turn....we both bought the Tempurpedic Cool Breeze PIllows that were offered as a BOGO deal with the paperwork that was delivered with the mattress. Finally, the mattress fit perfectly on our existing frame and we always have the option to purchase the adjustable base in the future. Thank you Tempurpedic!

I love the mattress and it's very comfortable the only thing the top of the mattress material is very slippery so when you put on a mattress pad it is very slippery and slides. I wish they had used a different material for the top part of the mattress. You can purchase a mattress protector from them but I've read some reviews and sounds like it bunches up and is slippery also.

We went with a medium thinking it was the same firmness as our first. It was not!! But there was no problem switching it to the firm, excellent customer service, by the way, and the second mattress shipped within days. It's just right, not too firm not too soft. Best sleep experience, really could not be happier. Thank you Tempur-Pedic!

We purchased the ProAdapt Medium Hybrid and after a couple nights of adjusting to a new bed we have been sleeping better than we ever have!!! Our hips and back no longer hurt and we wake up in the morning refreshed! This bed is well worth every penny and our only regret is we were not able to get this bed sooner. Thank you!

Doesn't seem as soft as in the store. But overall pretty comfortable, maybe I was expecting too much with all the hype for a tempurpedic mattress. I would buy again because of the comfort still. With the box spring the bed sits pretty high, almost have to jump in.

I regret going beyond the 90 days and was hoping that after several online comments on Facebook that someone from the company would reach out and try and make it right m. That's true customer service. Soon as this is paid it will get thrown in the trash and I'll purchase from a competitor.
