The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. I am quite familiar with Tempur-Pedic-, I use to own a king size, and when I down sized to a queen, It was with mixed feelings to spend so much money on a mattress, well, after sleeping on my mattress I now realize how I would pay double just to have the same sleep I used to get, this mattress out performs my old mattress and the new tea to keep it cooler really is a God send.

Not only did we pick the right size (king), but we also selected the best, most bought mattress in the USA. We also loved the fact the it is made in Kentucky (where my husband is from). We had no idea that we could sleep so soundly EVERY night. Sometimes we go to bed early because it is so comfortable. I find myself taking a nap on it instead of the couch. This mattress is quality made and should be the last we have to buy.

What a joy to finally get a good night's sleep without tossing and turning. I awaken rested and ready for each challenging day. I periodically end up on my stomach instead of my back. When that happens, I tend to have some back pain, but considering how I was feeling, I feel as if I am sleeping on cloud 9. More than I wanted to spend but well worh the money, especially with a 60-month payment plan, it is very convenient and affordable.

It's been almost a month now since my purchase and I got to say it is very very comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and coming from a Beautyrest mattress (which slept warm) of 12 years this Pro Adapt Firm affords a cool comfortable sleep. The only problem I am still having is finding the right pillow to sleep on and I do not know if I'll ever find the right pillow. I have this mattress on an adjustable frame and to tell you the truth you have to get one. Reading in bed, watching TV and zero gravity positions are just so great . I had back surgery 8 years ago , the mattress supports me when I change position at night and my night pains are gone. Look, I always kept a pillow under my legs at night because by morning I was jumping in pain with spasms. now with adjusting the bed heights and raising the mattress by my legs no more spasms. In fact my whole body is very relaxed the next morning and I like that. This mattress and adjustable frame is worth every penny spent giving me peace of mind to pay off this expense over time

Love the pro adapt hybrid. We replaced our 10 year old tempur pedic cloud with the twin Xl's and adjustable frames. Love the mattresses and the frames. We both selected the pro adapt medium hybrid but we could've had different mattresses in our king frame. We looked at the less expensive competitors but this is a long term purchase and used every day. No regrets; very happy.

This is our first Tempur-Pedic mattress after using other popular brands. None of the other mattresses provided the firm support as this Tempur-pedic. It is impressive how one of us can move around or roll over and the other person feel no bounce or disturbance. It is such a solid feeling mattress. We can sit on the side of the mattress and it doesn't collapse. We both agree we are sleeping better, more soundly, and better rested. It is the best ever.

We had a Tempurpedic mattress in the past, after ten years decided to retire it, and to save money purchased another brand. Big mistake, I slept horribly and tried two different toppers to help, so no luck and with a sore back we had enough. Returned the toppers, it was too late for the mattress. But we went back to Tempurpedic and got this model and we LOVE it! We will never go back. No more back ache and clocking in hours of sound sleeping. Thank you!
