This is our second Tempur-Pedic Mattress and the improvements to this new model are great. The new mattress is even more supportive than our older one, preventing any back pain. If you like a firm mattress this mattress is for you. The only draw back is the thing is darn heavy.

This is definitely one of the best mattresses money can buy!!! My wife and I are 100% super-super satisfied with the purchase of our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm California Split King mattresses. One word to sum up how we feel each and everyday we wake up "Refreshed" Oh did I already mention the part how each and every morning my wife and I hate to get up from laying in our Tempurpedic Pro Adapt Firm mattress? (lol). Yes, these mattresses are that darn comfortable! You won't want to get up from laying on it! Highly recommend going to a sleep center and checking it out for yourslef and with Tempurpedic's 90 day sleep trial how can you go wrong?! I promise-promise you won't be upset if you check this mattress out, but I know without a doubt that if you don't you will definitely be missiing out on the best (dab-nab-it) sleep you ever experienced in your entire life! The queen TEMPUR-ProAdapt Firm mattress is just what I was hoping for. A quality mattress made in America with quality sourcing, with the firmness that my 6 foot 3 230lb frame needed after 20 plus years of sleeping on a standard spring mattress. I wanted a firm feel and then to slowly conform to my body weight in just the right ways. It has only been 3 weeks, but I am just loving it and so is my back and body! Highly recommend this Firm mattress if firm is what you need.

While I understand that this brand is supposed to be the #1 seller, this bed is uncomfortable for my spouse and I. Having had 4 back surgeries and expecting at least 2 more in the future, we expected better results for his pressure points and cooling from the bed. He sleeps hotter now and can only lay in bed for a max of 3 hours. Not worth the 4K I have spent.

With our old mattress, we both felt like we were falling out of bed even when we were not close to the edge. My husband falls asleep immediately. He and I both seem to be more rested and having done nothing different than buy the new mattress, I have to attribute this to our purchase. Both of us seem to complain less about aches and pains. I attribute that to this very firm and supportive mattress that we are sleeping on. Was hesitant because it is an investment, but it is looking like this investment is going to pay off!

This is the best mattress we have owned, even my husband says so! I have had back issues for 30 years and with this mattress I never think of back stiffness when I get out of bed and certainly don't have to immediately go to the floor to stretch. Not only comfortable but the best sleep we have had in years. I have nothing but praise for this mattress.

So far my initial thoughts on this mattress is it's just OK nothing special. Maybe my expectations were set to high based on the price and commercials? I'm assuming I'm still getting use to it and hopefully I will grow to love it like a lot of reviewers have. I can attest to the quality though no issues at all with that!

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

Upgraded from a 10yr old pillow top off-brand. Same sleep since day 1. Restful, and I am no longer stiff and sore every morning. I used to be eager to get out of bed so my headaches would ease. Now, I want to sleep later and longer. As a marathon runner, every minute of rest is critical to recovery. I am highly satisfied with my new matress, and recommend the brand to anyone replacing what they have.
