We previously owned a TempurPedic (queen/firm) for 14 years-I am on the heavy side (275 pounds) and my side of the mattress developed a pocket several years ago so we decided to get another mattress. Contrary to my ideals, we succumbed to the sales lady to purchase the medium hybrid which she said would be cooler but not as firm--I don't think so-I feel hot all the time and it's too soft for me. I don't think the pillows purchased at the same time are any "cooler" than what we had either. I feel I'm going to roll off the edge of the bed all the time. My wife thinks what we have is OK (she likes the head lift too which I don't). Bottom line, I liked my firm mattress much better than this one!!

Had purchased another product with 30 day trail guarantee and was disappointed early on. Could hardly wait to upgrade. Such a relief after facing the cost difference and realizing that comfort "was" the issue. In my senior years, this readily became a most wise purchase! As a side sleeper, my left hip seemingly has eased from some of it's issues accredited to the conformity of the product!

We tried the other less expensive options and had to return them because they were so flimsy. The extra cost of a Tempur-Pedic is well worth it because you get a high quality product. We are enjoying ours and our sleep has improved overall.

I am utterly obsessed with my mattress. It is VERY soft - like, once you're in it you ain't leaving. But if I am stressed out, literally laying on this bed helps relieve all my tension! My husband has also stopped cracking his neck constantly and honestly the world is a better place because of that! *I was gifted this mattress in exchange for my honest review. My husband and I just upgraded our bed to the king size LuxeAdapt TempurPedic and we couldn't love it more! I was worried when it showed up about the mattress having no "bounce," but I quickly discovered that meant more comfortable sleeping. I love that now when my husband or I get up in the middle of the night, the other one doesn't feel it - and therefore doesn't wake up. It's incredibly comfortable and we're sleeping so wonderfully! We have noticed that because the mattress itself is so soft, our fitted sheet wrinkles a little by morning and needs to be retucked, but that's no big thing!!

I don't think I've ever written an online review but I am now completely obsessed with Tempurpedic. There's no going back to a traditional mattress. We had to finance it and it was 100% worth the investment. My husband, who tends not to be picky about things around the house, called it "one of the best decisions we've ever made" and "life changing." We have the Luxe Adapt Soft. Oh. My. Goodness. I absolutely love it. It is honestly hard to find the words to describe it but I'll try. It is soft, but supportive in every way. There is no part of my body that is not in contact with the mattress when I sleep, leaving no gaps. It is luxurious, and I feel like I am in some special club because I get to go home and sleep on this piece of heaven every night :). For the past year I've been having numbness and tingling in my right arm due (in part) to shoulder / muscle pressure on the median nerve. After just one night on this mattress, my condition began to improve. My husband, who has always had back pain, says he has been waking up pain from. We love love love this mattress.

We ended up with the hybrid luxe adapt after exchanging the firm (which was too firm). Unfortunately there is no medium without springs in this model and we found the soft to be too marshmallow- like. I find the hybrid comfortable enough but miss the feeling of a fully memory foam tempurpedic. It's essentially a spring mattress with less than 5 inches of memory foam on top. Comfortable enough but not ideal

This is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. I have chronic lower back pain and could never get comfortable on my old mattress. I sleep comfortably every night now. We got the ergo Smart base for my husband, and now when he starts snoring, the bed goes up and snoring stops. It's a lot of money to spend on a mattress and the frames but worth every penny!
