Sleep is so important as an athlete and I'm loving the quality of sleep with our new LuxeAdapt. I was nervous about foam being too warm, but just the opposite with this mattress we're both cooler which helps us sleep better. Additionally, I love the way it relieves pressure by conforming to my body. We went with the softer mattress and I love the feeling of lightly sinking in as I crawl between the sheets for a great deep sleep! I did receive this bed from Tempurpedic to test and I couldn't be happier.

I have a bad back and for the last 6 months have difficulty just getting out of bed. There have been times where my wife has had to help me. The Luxe Adapt Firm mattress foam has softened causing my spine to dip. The sag is minimal and not meeting the 3/4" criteria on the 2 1/2-year-old mattress and our warranty claim was rejected. I'm not sure what I am going to do. We purchased individual mattresses my wife wanted the colling / softer mattress which she loves. I am an engineer and can tell the density of foam has weakened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was suffering from lower back pain and I thought it was just a normal thing as I am getting older. My wife and I decided to purchase a new mattress (TEMPUR-LuxeAdapt) and not only I am getting a better night sleep but the lower back pain has completely gone way! I am now back to an active life style, I have lost undesired weight and I have more energy. It's incredible how highly underrated a good mattress is. Do yourself a favor and get a new mattress, your quality of life will improve.

I can't describe how comfortable this mattress is. Perhaps it's the stark difference to the one we used to have, which was over 20 years old, but I can't believe just how coddled the TempurPedic makes me feel. It has certainly had a positive impact on sleep. I have deeper sleep and (I'm told) even snore less.

It is a pleasure to sleep on this new mattress every night. The low back pain that I have been living with is very much reduced - due to the support of this new mattress. Bought the top of the line Adapt mattress and it has literally destroyed my back. I am now sleeping on my downstairs sofa (and getting a pain free night's sleep) since the horrible customer service has refused to fix the problem. Don't waste your money!

Mattress gives too much for my wife. She's a side sleeper mostly facing the edge and tends to feel like she's rolling out of the bed. Although they have a generous exchange policy, it's one time only and that ALSO counts as your return. So our dilemma is if we try a firmer model TempurPedic and aren't happy with that one we're stuck with a REALLY EXPENSIVE mattress we don't care for. Looks like we'll have to go through the hassle of returning this one and looking elsewhere.

Received a king size luxeAdapt for my master bedroom after owning an older tempurpedic model for the last 10 years. We've always loved our old mattress, but were itching to find out how much the technology has improved. The LuxeAdapt is miles beyond what we expected. Firm, without feeling like I'm sleeping on a slab, soft enough to hold our natrual curves but not so soft that you feel like you can't get out of bed without six-pack abs. We've now had it for a couple of months and I have to peel myself out of bed every morning. Conversely, if I'm feeling well-rested, I have the energy to spring right out without having to tenderly stretch out all my body parts and pray something didn't get strained in the middle of the night. Low maintenance, high comfort, and near instant sleep once my head hits the pillow. Couldn't be happier.

I'm on my second month and I hate to say that I'm not loving it. I think it might be my bedding. My sheets won't stay in place and my mattress is constantly moving causing the gap on my split king to open up all night. I also have to use a step stool to get into bed because with the adjustable base my bed is really tall.

This is by far the best mattress I've ever owned. I have chronic lower back pain and could never get comfortable on my old mattress. I sleep comfortably every night now. We got the ergo Smart base for my husband, and now when he starts snoring, the bed goes up and snoring stops. It's a lot of money to spend on a mattress and the frames but worth every penny!
