By far my favorite mattress ever purchased! My hip pain has all but disappeared, I dream more (pretty clear I am getting deeper sleep), and I look forward to going to bed each night. I worried that it would be too soft, but that has not been the case...great support.

The moment I laid on the Tempur-LuxeAdapt Soft I knew this was my dream mattress. It supports my entire body. It is the softest mattress I've ever laid on. I wake up every morning not even wanting to leave my bed because it feels like I'm floating on a cloud! A high quality mattress for high quality sleep. Thank you tempur! I love it!

Being an indecisive person, this was a difficult decision. We originally purchased the Pro Adapt Medium and after sleeping on it a couple of months it was just too hard. I am mostly a side sleeper with back/neck problems. In the store we layed on the Luxe Adapt Soft and liked it but, was not ready to pay the cost. I decided to go ahead and exchage, pay the difference and get the Luxe Adapt Soft. I liked it but after a couple of months I just wasn't "sold" on the cost difference. Maybe some buyers remorse had set in. We actually exchanged again and went to a more traditional inner spring mattress from a well known brand. (not Tempru-Pedic) After sleeping on that mattress for a couple of months, I could really tell the difference in the level of comfort and support. Again, we made the exchange back to the Luxe Adapt Soft and haven't looked back! The only disappointing issue was that when the mattress was delivered, there were a few snags in the top cover that I had to trim off. I feel like when you're paying this much for a mattress you should not have to do this. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd Tempur-Pedic, but the only reason I am not still sleeping on my first is because it is in my RV and this way I never have to suffer no matter where I am sleeping! The first one is 9 years old and it still feels like brand new!!! 9 years ago, I decided to try Tempur-Pedic because I injured my back several times over my very active life and I would wake up every morning in great pain; additionally, spring mattresses I had bought always ended up with hills and valleys. After 1 week of sleeping on my 1st Tempur-Pedic, I was waking up with NO back pain and that has remained the case over the years. My new Tempur-Pedic is amazing, even better than the 1st, which means Tempur-Pedic must be always working to improve their product. I bought the ergo extended base, which allows me many sleeping and relaxing options and I am always comfortable in my downtime. Thank you Tempur-Pedic for improving my life with your amazing products!!

After trying mattresses at various stores for 2 weeks, I had purchased a brand new expensive spring mattress because of lower back pain with the 3 year old one I was using. Still, I would wake up every day stiff, with pain as if something hit me and would toss and turn all night. I had never had a foam mattress so was not sure but in desperation I tried the Tempurpedic in the store and felt a relief. I went ahead and bought it paying even more for the difference from the previous one. At first I found it a bit hard, although it's the soft version, but I started not tossing and turning as much. Now, after a month I have to say I wake up without pain and the lower back pain that was waking me in the middle of the night with my previous ones has not come back. I've changed some things about my routine and doing some exercise also so that may have helped too. But definitely this mattress is worth the money so far. I may have slept well in the past in a regular mattress but getting older and a light scoliosis that I have, apparently it's necessary to find something special like this Tempurpedic technology to be able to sleep well and not exacerbate the natural "new pains" that come with aging. Totally recommend it.

In the store, the soft mattress felt by far the most comfortable for both my wife and I. (Which was in fact a huge surprise to both of us since I thought I needed a hard mattress,) Now we have it home, that 'Ahhh factor' that we hoped for isn't there - at least not yet. That is NOT to say this mattress is uncomfortable. It is at least as good if not better than anything we've had before - which includes various water beds and air/adjustable mattresses. As the salesman told us, do not really judge for at least a month, and we haven't had it that long. Still experimenting with the adjustable bed-frame, so probably haven't found the ideal combination of head and foot placement. One word of warning. We paid the extra for the 'connectable' bed frame. Unfortunately, our phones are old enough that Android 8 is too old to work with the app. Once I get connected and get reports on quality of sleep, maybe we can adjust and improve.

Honestly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. Horrible back pain immediately and I can't sleep. I can't believe I have to live with it until we have had it for 30 days.... guess I will be sleeping on the sofa for the next few weeks. So upsetting.

I purchased this mattress on July 2019. I heard and read that this mattress would help me with my lower back pain. Although I don't like foam mattresses, I decided to give it a try because it was recommended. Tried it the first nights, didn't like it too much as there is no way to escape from the foam. After dealing with that foamy-thing, I started to feel that my higher back was stiff and I felt tired. However, as this mattress was recommended, I thought that my back pain was caused by a different thing. Last December, I had to sleep on a different bed for one month. My back pain disappeared. After that month, I decided to sleep again on my bed. The next day I was dealing with an excruciating back pain. I slept on the bed for one more week and the usual morning lower and higher back pain was back. What I noticed is that my hips sink on the mattress at a different level than my back and shoulders, and my back muscles have to struggle with tension all night long, causing extreme discomfort and back pain in the morning. It's been 6 months since I bought this mattress, so 90-day guarantee is gone and now I'm afraid to sleep on my own bed because of pain.

After 14 years of lots of use, including a nice bed for the dogs, it has finally had its day. I bought it after I broke my leg and couldn't stand the buttons on my BeautyRest. I chose the mattress because it had no buttons and what the advertising said. I would gladly have spent the rest of my life on it as it got me through a broken femur, a broken arm, a broken foot, and many other illnesses. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, along with IBSD and depression. Until it became impossible to sleep on, the Tempur-Pedic kept me going. I can count on my fingers the number of sleepless nights I've had since adopting my Tempur-Pedic. I now will be purchasing a new system with the adjustable frame. I highly recommend the Tempur-Pedic to everyone. Go lie down on one and find your ideal comfort zone. Sleep tight zzzzzzzzzzz!

Do not buy from these criminals. They won't honor warranty. Called spoke with an escalation rep won't completely refused to let me talk to her supervisor. The quality of the product is good for a couple years AT BEST. The customer service is by far the worst I've ever encountered in any company. My wife and I wake up every day with neck and back pain because the rigidity is equivalent to a hammock. A 5,000 hammock. At the end of the day Temper Pedic WILL NOT honor 10 year warranty.
