[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As constantly reminded by our daughters, my wife and I were way overdue for a new mattress. In making a decision, we were determined to research all available mattresses. The choices were mind-numbing and very confusing. In the end, however, we reverted to our long time preference to buy only the best. Tempur-Pedic is the brand we had always heard WAS the best. The rest was easy. We had recently purchased an 8K TV for our bedroom, so we chose the Tempur-ProAdapt medium hybrid split king, together with the Tempur Ergo split king adjustable base. Everything about the purchase process was 5-Star, and we now look forward to a great night's sleep, each and every night. We could not be more satisfied!

I was struggling to find the best mattress since several years. I was looking for a firm mattress that will not give back or shoulder pain. It's just perfect. Have been using since 3 months and just love it. It's costly though. This one is not like the other brand mattresses which give feeling of "trampoline".

This is my second tempur-pedic mattress. I have to be honest and say I hated this new mattress the first couple of weeks of use. It was nothing like my previous mattress but I held strong and now, after 90 days and finding the right pillow loft, I am sleeping like a baby.

The warranty provided partial coverage and we jumped at the chance to get a new mattress. These are the best mattresses and the company has been easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

Purchased mattress in 2020 and still too firm. The mattress I tried in the store was not this firm despite being the same model. I have tried everything, including a mattress topper which just made it too hot. After a couple years now, I still can't sleep well, waking up with back, hip, and should pain that I only have after sleeping in the bed. Unless you like a very firm bed, don't bother. I have the soft model and it has never been soft.

Great experience at the Dallas flagship Tempur-Pedic store! Rick Pobanz did a fabulous job helping me to find and select new mattresses. His extensive knowledge of the different mattresses made the difference in being able to find new mattresses. He never applied pressure to make a decision. He asked questions, listened to my feedback and then recommended different mattresses to try. As a result, we have slept better without waking up multiple times during the night due to discomfort. Very grateful for the help and very happy with our new mattresses

I've had my Pro-Adapt Soft mattress for nearly 6 weeks, and I'm still just sleeping on top of it. It's not conforming to my body at all. I tried walking on it daily to break it in more quickly, but that didn't seem to make a difference. My shoulders get sore when I sleep on my sides, and my back hurts in the morning. I would definitely say it's not worth the cost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Tempur-pedic for many years and wanted to upgrade to a king size, originally we went with a different brand of memory foam mattress and hated it, the worst sleep I've ever gotten and that was including floors and sofas I've slept on. So we went back to our old faithful Tempurpedic and couldn't be happier!

Bottom line: it's super comfortable, but sleeps a little hot I tried so many mattresses and even purchased a different brand mattress that felt comfortable in the store, but when I slept on it at home it hurt my hips when I slept on my side, so I returned it. Even a medium or plush mattress felt too firm. Then I tried the ProAdapt Soft and I loved it, but kept looking elsewhere since I hadn't planned to spend that much. After trying many more mattresses, I eventually made the right decision and invested in the ProAdapt Soft. It is so comfortable! I truly love it. I am mostly a side sleeper but with this mattress I don't feel any discomfort on my hips or other pressure points. I had also read that being a lighter-weight female might be why so many other beds felt too firm, because I wasn't really sinking into them. With this mattress, that is not a problem at all. The one thing I don't like about this mattress is that I started sleeping much hotter. It has gotten better as I've gotten used to it and only bothers me sometimes now. That said, if I had the money, I would probably upgrade to one of the cooling models. But I am still extremely happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely hesitant to spend close to $4k on a bed, but having slept on a friend's tempurpedic for 3 nights with significantly less back pain, I knew it was worth it. After 9 mos of a herniated L5-S1, I am finally sleeping soundly.
