I will be a lifetime tempurpedic buyer, I'm not taking any chances with buying another brand

This is a replacement for a tempur-pedic that 'lost it's memory' and sagged. This new mattress is extremely hard, but we really love it! We got so used to sleeping on the bad mattress that this one actually took us a few nights to get used to, but it has been well worth it! We knew from trying one out in the store that it didn't quite have that 'contouring' effect, but our last two mattresses had that and sagged within a short period of time. I have high hopes for this mattress!! Also, I'd like to say that tempur-pedic really stands behind their mattresses and my claim was handled very quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them!

I recently upgraded to the Tempur-ProAdapt Mattress. It is what I expected, superb craftsmanship and quality. The proper mattress is one of the most important things we can do for our health. As a physician, I can appreciate how difficult it can be to stay healthy. Lack of proper sleep equipment is not something I have to worry about.

Love my new Tempur-Pedic, and the guys who delivered it were great, timely and professional. They were early, removed the old ones & set up the new one all within half an hour. It's my 2nd Tempur Pedic, I bought my first 22 years ago and needed to update. The base is lighter than my old one & quieter, and the mattress itself is double the depth of my old one yet lighter to move for changing sheets, and very, very comfortable.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Our experience with the Tempur-Ergo ProSmart Split King has been excellent. The split king design allows each of us to customize our side of the bed, which has made a huge difference in comfort and sleep quality. The Zero Gravity position is incredibly relaxing and helps reduce pressure on the back, while the lumbar support and massage features add another level of comfort after a long day. The smart technology is easy to use and makes adjusting positions simple, and the automatic snore response shows how advanced this base really is. Everything operates smoothly and quietly, and the overall quality feels very premium. This has truly been one of the best investments we have made for our home and our sleep. We wake up feeling more rested and comfortable every day, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade their sleep experience.

This is my second Tempur-pedic. I previously owned a Cloud. I don't think one can beat the quality. It is comfortable, firm (even though medium), with good body support. Scott was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated John and Brady's quick and professional delivery.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress. You would see an immediate difference. It is very costly but at the same time it gives the comfort. I've back pain so it was worth for me spending big amount.

The bed is very comfortable, but the anti-snore setting is a bust. It bucks you up into an uncomfortable position..so you don't sleep, hence you don't snore. If we can find a way to get beyond my snoring it will be a hit.
