I just bought my third Tempur-Pedic mattress. My 2003 mattress is still a running strong. My 2009 mattress is still running strong. I am giving that one away. The one that I bought this time is the Pro Adapt Firm, for the pressure relieving properties. I have never woke up with pains or aches. The mattresses just get better and better every night. If you are looking for a world class mattress, you found it. Pass the rest and buy a Tempur-Pedic. Those that think that they need a firm, think again. The Tempur-Pedics should be purchased according to feel. Just buy one, knowing that they are life changing mattresses. Also forget that they are a flat mattress. What matters most is how you wake up feeling. I write very reviews. I am writing this one for those that want a mattress that will out perform an of the other mattresses on the market. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently bought this bed and have never slept so well in my life. I was dealing with back pains every morning and once I started to sleep on our tempurpedic, the pains went away. Well worth its price.

Love the pro adapt hybrid. We replaced our 10 year old tempur pedic cloud with the twin Xl's and adjustable frames. Love the mattresses and the frames. We both selected the pro adapt medium hybrid but we could've had different mattresses in our king frame. We looked at the less expensive competitors but this is a long term purchase and used every day. No regrets; very happy.

Our first Tempurpedic mattress was 19 years old, and the "original" memory foam mattress. We started shopping, looking at the "competitors". Then we said, "We know we love our Tempurpedic, so why switch?". After calling Tempurpedic and telling them we wanted the "exact same" support as our first mattress, they pointed us to the Proadapt firm. The first night, I couldn't sleep and thought we had made a bad decision. The second night, to today, sleep is amazing. No waking up sore or achy. My husband and I both have back issues, his are worse. Since we purchased our first Tempurpedic, his back has been so much better. Can't brag on this mattress enough! Beware, it is REALLY FIRM!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the last few years my wife had said that we needed a new mattress but I couldn't understand why because I thought we were sleeping fine. I finally gave in after I hurt my back trying to flip out king size mattress. We shopped around and finally decided on a Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. What a difference our purchase made. No more tossing and turning throughout the night and even better no more back pain in the morning. I had always attributed all of my morning aches and pains as just part of getting older. I was totally wrong. Now when I wake up in the morning I can actually hop out of bed and be ready to go. I no longer have to slowly stand up to get my back to the point where I can actually walk. Another really wonderful result of the new mattress is that neither of us feels the other one getting into or out of the bed allowing the other to continue to sleep undisturbed. Hands down this mattress is the best purchase we have made in regards to our comfort and well being.

Im typically a stomach sleeper but I can toss and turn, I usually wake up when I toss and turn but not with this mattress I can find myself waking up on my side in the morning on a full night's rest! It's supportive to cradle my whole body, even on my back it feels comfortable and I'm not that big of a back sleeper! highly recommended.

This is our second Tempur-Pedic mattress, the first being over 11 years old and feeling a bit stiff for us. We also wanted to go from a queen to a king size bed. We tried several mattresses at the store and found this one to be very comfortable. After several weeks of sleeping on it, we both wake up without the old morning stiffness and sleep more soundly through the night.

Love the adjustable feature, especially if stuffy nose, neck sore etc. We bought a split king-it's nice to have separate adjustments for position. Does not sleep hot at all-temperature very consistent. Have only had for a few months but comfy immediately and has not dented/sunk. Takes no time at all to get comfortable. My neck has felt great since getting this bed. Cons: ordering process was chaotic. It took longer than expected without much communication. I'm kind of bony and don't move much in my sleep-the bed is so comfy I don't really move so my arms are both going numb if I sleep on my side. No problems in other beds. Also, split king is hard if you have small kids-someone ends up "in the crack" if they get in bed with you. The crack isn't terrible but I often wish we had gotten the king.

Pro: one it's broken in completely, it'll be super comfy. Getting there! And definitely an improvement over our last mattress. Con: taking way too long to break in, leaving us with sore backs some days! Company needs to start breaking in mattresses (every mattress company) prematurely prior to customer purchases/delivery!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The mattress is a bit soft maybe should have gone with the medium or firm. It is much more comfortable than the hybrid and coil mattresses I have had in the past so far. We also purchased the adjustable base which I highly recommend. Does help with snoring and helps relieve pressure on back and neck.
