It actually does not scratch, pretty impressed. I mostly love the SmartThings feature especially when it comes to preheating the oven, which my husband usually forgets to do, so this is very helpful. There is a slight noise when the stove top is heating up but It is not very loud, so it's bearable. The oven works amazing! I love to bake and this is such an amazing upgrade as our old range would not heat up evenly. This one bakes and cooks the food evenly which I am very happy about. The only thing I do not like are the smudges on the touch screen part, any slight touch creates smudges. Easy to clean but a bit annoying to have to do every single time. Other than that we really do love this range, our food actually cooks better and faster. So glad we decided to pick the induction option, the research really helped. We had to purchase a new pan set that would work with it but it was no big deal. Super happy with our choice!

The SmartThings App is surprisingly handy—I love being able to preheat the oven from my phone, especially when I’m in a rush. The Anti-Scratch Matte Glass Cooktop not only looks great but holds up well against daily use, which gives me peace of mind. I didn’t expect to notice much difference with the Dual Noise Cancellation, but it genuinely makes cooking a quieter, more pleasant experience. The Self Clean and Steam Clean options are lifesavers; they make cleaning up after big meals so much easier. And honestly, the black stainless-steel finish is just stunning—it stays looking sharp with minimal effort, which is a huge plus!

I purchased this stove about two months ago, I did have problems with the oven sounding off CFO (I believe are the right abbreviations) i just replugged in the stove and made sure the outlet was free of dust as we did alot of renovations in the kitchen. No problems since! I love the smart things technology as well!

The only reason why we have it 4/5 is the touchscreen buttons are little laggy so you have to give it a second before you try to use the slider.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re perfectly happy with our new Samsung Range! It’s stylish and functional. I love that it’s so sleek. It looks fabulous and is easy to use. The Smart Things App is a nice feature too! We haven’t had it long enough to test out the steam clean feature yet, but the anti scratch top is a really nice feature. It wipes up quickly and easily. We expected a bit more noise from the induction, but the noise cancelling feature takes care of that!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always been curious about induction oven, and finally pulled the trigger. Gas is much cheaper than electricity in my area and our gas oven was working just fine, but we got so tired of cleaning whenever items would fall into the oven grate. This new oven makes that a breeze. It's so nice to be able to swipe down and clean. Electric ones are cheaper than Induction, but you don't get the benefit of quick heat transfer. Since this doesn't have dials, sometimes, it's difficult to know if you left something on. In that case, I've had the SmartThings app send me a notification that it may still be on. I can turn on the light inside and preheat things from the phone too. My parents also have an older Samsung induction and mentioned how they like the new anti-scratch coating on this oven. We did have to get some new cookware to make it work with induction, but we like it a lot so far. Hopefully the top surface will stay clean and not crack (since it's glass). We're happy to see this new appliance in our kitchen, and look forward to using it more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction range not only looks good but works really good as well. The Wi-Fi worked fine it connected to the smart things app as it should. Though I don't use the app very much to control it. The anti-scratch surface is the best feature it really does keep fingerprints and scratches away. My picture is a reference to how a frying pan looks on the top. Induction ranges are more expensive and I think this price is great for what you get. It is very quiet when cooking the dual noise cancellation works fine. I have not tried the self clean option yet because I've only owned it for about a week and there is no mess in the oven yet but I'm sure it works just fine I'm glad that this has a self-clean option. The stainless steel is really nice it's a brushed black color and matches the rest of the kitchen and blends in really well it definitely makes my kitchen look better than from what I had before style wise. I recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying I am a culinary professional. I've worked in the industry for 20 plus years. This range will make you a better chef from beginner to expert. The controls on the induction are fantastically laid out and the temperature range is perfect. There is almost no noise. Anyone familiar with induction knows that some units can produce highly irritating screeching noises. There is some noise but it is not irritating and will not be heard over a vent fan. I have timed cold water to boil on the boost feature and it goes from tab temperature to boil in 1 minute and 30 seconds. The oven is perfectly acceptable. It does not have convection but I find that I don't use convection in my main oven anyways I leave that for toaster oven and air fryer. The steam clean future works amazingly well and the oven holds temperature very well. The anti-scratch top is a little slippery but I would say that is for the ease of cleanup. Everything just wipes off this top. Completely different than my old electric range where you would have to scrub forever. I am extremely happy I decided to get this unit and plan to make many many delicious meals for my family in it. I am working on filling in gap from my previous 40 inch oven that's why photos are right.

The Smart Things app tells me everything that I need to know about my Samsung Bespoke 6.3 cu. ft. slide-in electric induction range with anti-scratch glass cooktop. The app lets you control and monitor my oven and other home appliances. I love the reminders that I get through the app while cooking. The app allows you to preheat the oven and set the cooking time. And when you remove a pot from the range, the burner will automatically shut off. How cool is that.

The Induction feature is the reason I bought range. It exceeds my expectations. With the exception of a slight usage learning curve, this appliance delivers excellent results, it's easy to use and it gets the job done fast, Esthetics...it looks beautiful in my kitchen.
